This Privacy Policy explains how Built AI, Inc. ("Built AI", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with this website, builtai.co. It covers visitors to the website only. Personal data that Built AI processes when providing its platform to a customer is governed by that customer's agreement and the security and data-processing terms made with that customer, not by this policy.

1. Information we collect

This website is informational. It does not itself contain forms, accounts, or trackers; our Book a demo button opens a booking form hosted by Typeform (see "Third-party services" below). Most visitors browse without giving us any personal information. We collect information in three limited ways:

Information you choose to give us

If you contact us directly (for example, by emailing us to ask about the product or to arrange a walkthrough), we receive whatever you include, such as your name, business email address, company, and the content of your message. If you book a demo, the booking form is hosted by Typeform; we receive the details you submit there (such as your name, work email, company, and message).

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information for security and reliability, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, referring pages, and the date and time of your request. This information is used in aggregate to keep the site available and secure.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run analytics or marketing trackers. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts so the site renders consistently (see "Third-party services" below). If we introduce analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

2. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

• respond to your questions and arrange demonstrations or conversations you request;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
• detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and

5. Third-party services

The website relies on a small number of third parties:

• Web hosting and content delivery. The site is served by a static-hosting provider that processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
• Google Fonts. We load typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver these fonts, Google may receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• Demo scheduling (Typeform). Our Book a demo links open a form hosted by Typeform, which processes it under its own privacy terms; the information you submit is provided to us and handled under this policy.
• Links to third-party services. Links to other services, including our Trust Center (hosted by Vanta) and social sharing links, open those services only if you click them; we do not embed third-party tracking widgets.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms. We encourage you to review their policies.

6. International data transfers

Built AI operates in the United States and the United Kingdom, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, where required.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Server and security logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated. Correspondence you send us is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping, after which it is deleted.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. The website itself is a static site served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and, for material changes, we will take additional steps as required by law. Please check this page periodically.
