These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at builtai.co (the "Site"), operated by Built AI, Inc. ("Built AI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. Access to and use of the Built AI platform and services are governed by the separate written agreement between Built AI and the relevant customer, which controls in the event of any conflict. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational purposes. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and view the Site for your own informational and internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections 2 and 6 through 10 survive any termination.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, product names, page designs, and the underlying code, are owned by Built AI or its licensors, except for third-party names and marks described in Section 6, and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Built AI" and our logo are trademarks of Built AI, Inc. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or its contents without our prior written consent. You may share links to pages and use the share features we provide.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the Site beyond ordinary browsing and standard search-engine indexing;
• copy our content to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any related systems;
• introduce malware or any harmful code; or
• misrepresent your affiliation with Built AI or use our trademarks without permission.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Built AI from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Built AI regarding the Site, without limiting any separate written agreement between Built AI and a customer. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
